Andorra in Jan?

Thanks for the info, however as its my 1 ski trip per annum, i'm currently thinking that i should sort out a change of resort for my 1 week on the white stuff.

Luckily i work in the travel trade so this should be relatively easy to sort at short notice, but andorra is somewhere i've never skied and woudl like to visit.

The front coming in the beginning of next week doesn't look like it's gonna hit the FR/ES border, so i'm thinking that northern alps may be a far better bet...

decision time is sunday... here's hoping!

if i was in your position mate i would definatley go to france, the dump expected will bring excellent fresh snow skiing. i wish i was in your shoes but i'm staying very hopeful as i'm off to arinsal for 1st feb. enjoy your hols

id recommend alpe d'huez. there should be half a metre of snow falling there between sunday night and thursday!

well we're having to hope and pary as we can't change ours.. there's a group of 20+ going from all over the UK so we're stuck with Andorra. Ah well we'll have a good time no matter what and some people that have already been (and are currently there) have said the conditions aren't that bad and there's a enough open to enjoy yourself on.

I'm off to Arinsal week starting 14th January and the snow still seems very much lacking. Anyone able to bring me any forecast news to cheer me up?!

Looks like 10cm forecast for Wednesday 10th and some more on Thursday
