I'm off to Lech/St Anton in Jan, and I must be getting old as I really don't fancy the Kangaru or Mooswirt.....I've always preferred smaller bars.
We usually have a few beers before heading back and after a shower and food it tends to be crash out time and out come the spirits! I do a pub quiz for the group every year whether they like it or not, so that takes up an evening, it's pretty good fun watching the group go from not caring to being ultra competitive!!! Just like being on the slopes......

Ah, Nelly, a good strategy. And you DO meet a better class of person in doing so!

We always have a beer on the way back to the hotel, dinner and then we go for a walk and that also usually ends with a drink somewhere. Not very often we have big nights out anymore, can't do that and ski the next day.

Stop for drink or two on the way to chalet, then have dinner either at home or out, then go out but usually back by midnight. Unless it's during half-terms and conditions are not great - skied out off-piste and very busy pistes, then we can hit a night club. Also during holidays we take a break after first four days and also may go out till later. We do massive apres ski session once a month too, back by nine... But if it's snowing no-one goes out. Few seasons ago I was ready to go out but it started snowing so I got changed and went to bed to make the first lift...
