Checked again and it does say pistes get busy. As southern France is on half term week the same as ours this year, maybe I should leave it until I can go outside school holidays.

One gripe is the quad chair that goes up from DMC to Signal is ridiculously slow. The button lift option is a below par alternative which I found very tedious and annoying.

Agreed, it annoyed me to see the drag lift overtaking me.
I'm sure before long they will upgrade it

My mrs and mates used to think I was mental taking the drag up there but I was always there a good minute before them.

Hi guys

Off to ADH end of March, do you think there still be snow there for ski in/out, will be there 30th March for a week, never been there before...

Have done tignes and Val at that time and was ok just hoping the same.

Tonypants, i use these webcams and choose history.
You can then go back to last year and see what the conditions were like then.
Obviously this is no real indication of what this year will be like but interesting nevertheless.

as high as adh is, it does suffer badly later season. If you get a snowy week you'll have a great time but you may find runs into resort get slushy and chopped up badly.
It's a great January resort,

It's France's sunniest resort so late season it can get a bit soggy. Snow coverage is usually still good but expect freeze/thaw conditions.
