I would bring the vodka, at just under 9€ for a litre of red label here, unfortunately it will be consumed in the uk prior to the trip 8)

S'ok, have you seen the size of our 4x4, vodka will be aboard in plenty, plus the other stuff, cider, bottles of fizz (compulsory), Jager (for getting one out of the bath after a particularly trying day).

Anyone would think we are alcoholics

I am joking by the way  Wouldn't want Ally to think she has to carry me home every night

No problem.

Not offended in any way.

When the time comes for shot ski I will be here.

To bad you are not "closer" I would give all participants such a ski. I have a friend who makes special ski chairs with old skis which he gets from ski shops. He has hundreds of skis.

I know a ski shop owner that has new ,, older skis ( the narrow ones) which he sells to me for $5. I am now making a ski bar top for a friend near a ski resort.
( if only I owned a ski bar,,,,,)

Have a nice ski season Felthrope.

If I had an old ski I would just drill holes in it equally spaced to hold shot glasses without them being able fall through, fill them with applecorn ( spelling due to consumption ) & pass them round 8)
