Already am first reserved for Niederau, Vail and Aspen for next year, the latter two with free accomodation.

Have also become friendly with a US lawyer who has a large chalet in Steamboat Springs.

Utah would be an overstretch just now, but I do want to go there.

Ah, I'm getting the picture now.
Freeloading can be a professional past time.

Now, we know two things about Pavel..... 1) His ski knowledge and interest in the sport is legendery and 2) he is a very private person. So with this in mind I want to fully respect that. I will tell you something Pavel tells others about our original "meeting". When I took up skiing I found a site where I posted a question as to the value or not of using candle wax to wax skis. He happened to see this question and took pity on my obvious state of interest yet lack of any knowledge. He has been most helpful in grooming my ski interest and ski life. So when I decided to take this Sunday River trip I called Pavel and told him. We arranged the meeting. You guys should see him ski. Such flow !!! So smooth and so soft and graceful !! Sights I will never forget ...... as he vanished behind on berm and another --- as I tried desperately to keep up. He treats his skis as he does women... with gentle love, kindness and respect.

I didn't see Pavel and his friends today. Today is a powder day at Sunday River 12 inches so far and supposed to snow all night. What is the comment about friends and powder days ? I imagine he was in his element like no other today. Too bad we all leave for the real world tomorrow ! But as I said before we spoke of some of our internet skiing contacts on the chair. Dave Mac and Trencher and a friend we knew from the other site. My hope is to develop skill worthy of skiing with DaveMac and Trencher when they ski with Pavel. That would be heaven for sure.
