I will keep an eye open for your attempts in future but we mustn't hijack this thread.

People are right, Solden isn't has mad as you hear, yes there are a couple of lap dance clubs. But we have them in Lincoln and it doesn't put the tourists of coming here!!! And yes there are a couple of lively clubs/pubs/apres bars- but there not all like that and it doesn't take away from the fact that this is a cracking resort.
Ther only down side I can say about the place was the queue to get up to the giggijoch area on the morning. Was about a 10 - 20 mins queue at the bottom, but to counteract this once in the Giggijoch area and from that point onwards it was verey rare to find any queues at all.
I loved the place, so much and such a variety of skiing. Would advice it to all levels and abilities, family groups, friends groups and lads groups alike.
