For the quality of chalet, and including all the extras like the ski-hire, the price is reasonable for the area.

(looking at the variety of ski-companies online- this week/chalet is currently selling at around 908-00 for the remaining slots)

Indeed there are a variety of chalets that are available from 350 pounds all the way up to 2000 pounds per person.

And yes, you are correct, there are also "last" minute deals that sometimes become available. But then there is also the risk of the cost of the flight and seat availability becoming an issue if you leave it to late. And also the week of the year makes a difference - as I am sure you know.

So a number of factors contribute but to simply say a particular package is 200 over-priced is a very general statement.

Mate, not at all. Apologies if it sounded like I was dissing your price, but you know me and I like to find a bargain. I've only once paid out that kind of money for a ski holiday week, and that was Club Med which included literally everything.

Anyway, hope you fill the place. I loved ADH despite the travel issues we had, and may well go back 21st Jan.

To be perfectly honest - this is about my limit too - but there were a number of factors worked in - like flying from Southampton - which saves me 100 quid on Taxis.

Problem is as you know IT ALL ADDS UP!
