May I suggest another site which is easier. It is called Vimeo. When I guide various groups, I video tape them, then post it on this Vimeo site with a code permission, thus only they can watch!

Hi Tropicana, you cannot upload a video directly to the forum, it needs to be hosted somewhere first then you can link to it.

Possibly the easiest option would be to create an account on YouTube and upload the videos there. YouTube has the ability to be embedded into a post on this forum, an example being the post by daved, which could have been embedded like this...
