might even cycle there but, possibly, not back

Me and Mr Nelly cycled to a friends for a cheese a wine evening in the summer, the journey back was extremely wobbly and Mr Nelly fell off his bike into the middle of the road

Lush or Lushes ???

That's a bit rude Wickers

Only excuse I have is that post-ski depression from last season brings on deep lethargy, then around October the blues lift and the motivation returns.........
Feeling very sore all over...wish it was January

Does watching skiing on TV count as exercise? That's the best news I've heard all day!

Well,
I seem to be fit enough at the moment, but too fat. I managed to get my ski trousers on, but when I was doing my boots up after a stop for lunch, the poppers on my trousers came undone.

So, memo to self, is to get thinner before our next ski holiday. Possibly if I combined a fitness program with an eating less one, I might manage it.

I didn't know that you got fit watching ski-ing on telly either  - maybe it's because you sway about following their actions?
