We call it Hungarian Goulash but Austria & Hungary once the same country/empire?

We had to bring back some frozen germknodle for my daughter's boyfriend he so enraptured with them. Not convinced myself.

OldAndy came about because when I joined this place I was feeeling about 97 and the posts I had been reading seemed to have been written by youngsters!

I have since learned that there is a significant difference between linguistic appearance and the facts of physical longevity

Mind you I took great delight in out skiing both for speed and technical ability some 20 something year olds last month :D

25 would be very generous if thinking of my behaviour last month when I got sent on a skiing holiday with no notice, and totally unexpectedly - 5yo would be nearer the mark!
