Beer, wine and then back on beer is the way forward.

I've seen it, and Ian - lifes too short to worry about getting thin. Its for living to the full.
Wine, beer, good food, whatever you like. These days too many people tell you what you SHOULD do and what you SHOULD like. Look at Cheryl Cole - she thinks she looks good that size? I'd rip her in half.
Anyway - wine, beer, chocloate......do what you enjoy. As long as you keep skiing.

Exactly Tony live life to the full. I would only ever consider losing weight or dieting if my health was a risk. I have gained a few stones since Hubby and I met and I have mentioned this, his reply was 'You looked malnourished in those days, much better now'

I don't know, finding a pretty good balance is important I reckon. I make a point of keeping under 70 kg, life is too short for all those things but if you throw a couple of them in you might spend a little more time living 8)
