I think the cans do work, but only if you have a piece of string between them, and keep it pulled tight - obviously won't be able to do that over 3 Km :lol:

I'm sure I made one of these when I was a child - probably saw it on Blue Peter.

Why would it not work in the mountains, as long as you had enough string :D

We do not need telephones we always ski together :shock:

I think all that you will hear will be the screams of other skiers as they are decapitated by the string across the slopes. Didn't Steve McQueen use a similar technique to get the motorbike in The Great Escape?
