it's pretty special :D
You might be surprised to hear there is a lot of snow across many other parts of Europe too, David.
I can assure you Trencher, it is not pretty.
Was in the Bichlwirt tonight, full of Germans, twas a Deutsche nacht, Herbert on harp. Everyone was joining in the Bavarian drinking songs. In the spirit of things, I sang "March of the Hebrew slaves", in Italian. Right next to me a guy was singing the German version. Holy cow!

Did meet up with Amanda, a delightful lady, and Col. Some chatties and drinkypoos.
Caught sight of Amanda today, giving the Kropfraderjoch rockall.
My ski buddy Mel turned up today, and cruised the Marbachjoch. His idea of being "not well", is clearly not the same as that of others.
Herbert played the harp, in the Harfenwirt, and I was duly conscripted to sing "The Wild West Show". Last time, Herbert complained that I did not sing the " Vinky-Vanky" verse!
It is still snowing.
