Morning people
Just wanted to ask everyone to spare a thought today for Caron, who has gone into hospital for her knee op. I heard from her this week, and she said she was getting really nervous about it, but I am sure she will be thankful in 9 months time when she pops some skis on again.

all went well, home safe and sound, bearing weight, bending to about 85 degrees, lifting, almost straightening and chanting "good leg heaven, bad leg hell" when going up and down stairs. physio is now my life....
