should be packing for me hols. Just had pancakes with strawberries and cream. Totally stuffed. Not going to get into those new salopettes at this rate :)

a few questions:
- Rose, what does pct stand for (and well done)
- what is corned beef hash and is it synonymous with pancake day as two of you have mentioned it
- what's going on with school inspections at the moment? my youngest's school has just had one too. they are busy at the mo aren't they!
the only time we have a full house in the next week is saturday so that's our pancake day. can't wait :D

when i nipped to asda at lunchtime today i picked up a corned beef hash, for tomorrow,wed's dinns, cause son is out, but as i got home at 7.30 he was just going out to the local snooker club so i couldnt be botherted to stand and do them for myself so i just zapped tomorrows dinner and it was bloomin yukky so went in the bin and had a slice of lemon merengue instead and now i am shattered and fed up and hungry :(

corned beef hash has many variations but in midlands meduck it is corned beef with onion and gravy and sliced potatoes on the top and gravy

Hi Caron PCT, stands for Primary Care Trust. They basically run the NHS, they set the budgets that Doctors surgerys have. But they also pay Pharmacys for all their extra services. But they do a 3hr check on every Pharmacy to make sure you are obeying all their rules. Every thing must be exact and they ask all the staff questions and you just hope you have primed them all not to let you down and say the wrong thing. :lol:
