So when you have them uploaded, click on 'Your Photostream'.
Click the picture you want.
Click 'All Sizes' which should be just above the top of the picture in the middle.
Select 'Medium' from the available sizes at the top.
Below the 'Medium' image there should be 2 options, one with an HTML code and one with a link that starts http://farm4.static...
You can paste the HTML code right into a post or put the image url (http://farm4.static...) between the 'url' tags [url ] http://farm4.static... [ / url] like that... without the spaces.
