You guys go on about helmets and safety but do not see any dangers in skiing whilst listening to Music ... I find that incredibly weird

I have started kicking bindings after I nearly took out someone's eye when whacking the underside of my ski boot with my pole to remove the compacted snow stuck to it.

I find it works much quicker (for me anyway). So I am now much faster at getting my skis on and off as I stamp on my bindings to get them off and scrape my boots on my bindings before putting them back on.

If it's a choice between causing grievous bodily harm to human eyes or ski bindings then I'm going to pick the bindings every time to whack and scrape

Start another thread on this one.

How many people have nearly taken someones eye out tying to swing a ski pole at their snow covered boot and completely missed????
