Correct on both accounts, and it actually does help the muscle as you massage it in, as oppose to giving you a short sharp blast. I believe Caron got some to help with her knee. Give it a try.

I was introduced to this stuff by the manufacturer a few years ago, as they were a client of mine at the time.

It's the monkey's whiskers as it goes. Brilliant stuff, especially if you put some on your aching limbs last thing before going to bed. No stiffness whatsoever the next morning - even if you do sleep on your stomach!!

Blimey, haven't logged on for 3 or 4 days and it takes another 3 or 4 days to catch up...

I did get some and loved it. My calf muscle was really sore post-op and it really was a relief, nice and dry too.

I have finally decided on which skis to buy. I opted for these as they were further reduced in price.

I am rather excited.

Nice, I like.
Mind you, Skidaddle will inform you that you now have to wear your pants lower, crouch rather awkwardly over your knees, and hold your poles low down so that they stick out. Or something like that.
