Mayrhofen pics:
1. Red 7 taken from the cafe past the first chairlift. Yes, Tino, its my favorite run on the Penken side because in the right conditions you can get a right lick on, and its also quite varied.
2. Eddenwald red run on the Ahorn. The Abfahrt off the mountain runs off the bottom of this run. It was almost deserted in January.
3. Rastkogel, showing the off piste tracks. This was taken from the chairlift back up towards the 150 man car.
4. The Filtzenstadl cafe at the top of the Ahorn, where you get off the new 8 man chair. Mrs H said the cafe was new as she had never seen it before: I think its been there about 100 years or something....made me laugh.
5. Mrs H looking gorgeous in the early morning sun.
Sauze pics:
1. 1 man chairlift, link to Sestriere.
2. Montgenevre, taken from the "other side".
3. Part of the Banchetta Olympic run, with an early morning ski school taking a gentle run down.
4. The top of Monte Triplex, Sauze, looking right across the valley.
Ha. Theres nothing flash about it at all. Its a simple Kodak Easyshare V570, cost about £130, and its already been superceded by about 2 updated models since I got it. But its small and easy to use, fits in the ski jacket pocket nicely, and I often grab it and take random snaps on the slopes. The nest pics are the ones you just snap instantaneously, rather than the posed ones.

Tony, is the top one Red 7 in Mayrhofen?
If so, I loved that run, you can get some extreme speed going through the middle of it.

wow! what amazing photos. I need to have that camera (or a more steady hand than I've got).
