I wouldn't actually do it, but in my head I'd have waited until the end of the meal and said something like:

"Thank you so much. That was most informative. I'm a journalist for the Daily ****** ..." :lol:

I wouldn't actually do it, but in my head I'd have waited until the end of the meal and said something like:

.....at which point you'd probably have had a drink poured over you by at least half of the dining room.

I met a really attractive lady in a chalet hotel a couple of years ago and I now write to her several times a week.

:cry: Sadly the postman brings them back as refused delivery, and she seems to have blocked me from her Facebook page, and now I have a court letter telling me to stay away from her house and work, and to stop pestering her friends :shock:

Not really, but it is amazing how often this sort of thing really happens :(
