Alternatively it is easy to get to on foot as well - the free Mooserkreuz bus stops about 2 mins walk away. You can get this from the bus stop underneath the Rendlbahn.

But it is definitely worth the effort to get there on skis - dancing on the tables without ski boots on is just not the same! Not to mention the drunken fall down the hill after 5 beers and 5 jagerbombs... :shock:

Having skied to it several times before, I recall a section where it turns sharply and moguls up badly, with a steepish section which turned into carnage every afternoon. Thats what I had in mind when I told my mate he'd struggle to make it there on skis.

I do NOT need anyone informing me that you can get there on a bus, as that would give my mate an idea and he'd no doubt cheat and take the bus, and sit there all afternoon asking "what took you?"
