I have not seen many people on the slopes with one, but I quite fancy one, a wonder if it will strap nicly to a bobble hat :wink:

I have bought a new ski jacket (so that I can lend my old one to my older daughter), and other than that I will just buy more consumables like sun cream and lip balm and voltarol.
The new ski jacket is great - got it in Millets reduced by something like 75% down to about £25. It's so nice and warm and comfy that I've been wearing it out and about ever since I bought it, plus wearing it in the early mornings in the house with my woolly hat to save the expense of putting the oil central heating on before I light the wood stove.

Looks like it's going to be a weird season. Hundreds of people taking erratic lines down the mountain, all the time smiling at a little box on the end of a ski pole held out to one side :lol:

2x go pros? Brought one in the summer for next year's holiday and then Gopro brought out the new hd2 so worked a weekend and brought that . Everything I've brought has come from weekend money and I hate working weekends but its easier to justify the squandering doing it this way.
