I thought Little Snapzzz was bringing a friend, or was that for another holiday?

It is VERY convienient access wise from bourg but I have to say I won't be returning here.
Don't get me wrong, I am having a ball but there is something about the place I just don't like, I can't put my finger on it yet.

:( that's no fun. My wife is in pretty poor shape with the same (and youngest daughter). They only skied the morning on our 1st day. Lots of medicines being consumed and hoping for a quickish recovery.

Hope you're feeling better soon.

Oh no, about the 'flu

I hope you all make a quick recovery! It's really sickening to be in a ski resort and not be able to ski/board, especially after paying so much money to get there, and looking forward to it for so long ...

If it looks like they won't be able to ski for ages maybe you should get a medical certificate and try claiming some money back on the insurance.

I've got a nasty cold myself at the moment, but I'm hoping I'll be totally recovered by the 13th :)

Well I'm still skiing, I'm just coughing very forcefully in lift queues and in gondolas. Unless I'm with Brits of course.
I'm spreading the love to the French only

Oh dear BB - your poor wife does sound in quite a bad way
The only good thing about it is, as I said before, if she gets a medical certificate you should be able to claim back on the insurance for the lift pass etc. - maybe you could sneak another ski holiday in when she's feeling better?

I hope they fix her up OK and she makes a quick recovery :)

Snapzzz - trying to get your own back on whoever gave you the cold/man flu in the first place? Look after yourself and don't over do it. I reckon you have to ski more slowly and on easier slopes when you're not feeling that well, because I find my sense of balance and judgement suffers.
