Thanks Ian...
Like what I've heard so far, even if we have to suffer with the lifts :-)

On the chairlifts, they could be doing with a better way of skiing from the slopes in Villenuve to the slopes of Chantemerle. The Cretes draglift was ok for us skiers but a few of the snowboarders in our group decided not a chance and boarded down to the town and got the shuttlebus back to Chantemerle. A chairlift instead of the drag would be good.
There was another chairlift or something beside it but it was turned off all week!
But old lifts aside, NO QUEUES!!! YEAH!!

We stayed at the Lievre Blanc in March last year, there's no way it's only 5 minutes from the slopes; more like 15 and its on small, narrow, icy paths. We enjoyed our holiday but the trek to and from the slopes totally knackered us out. We also experienced some long lift queues if you didn't catch the first ones of the day.
We had a great time and Skitopia were an ok company but we've decided to do it ourselves by train this year - no waiting around in airports for 4 hours before check-in time!
