I think it's quite sweet that Bandit's worrying about whether you've bought your bargain skis or not. She must be quite fond of you.

Bandit has been a great help to me with my decision making and offered lots of good suggestions. I believe she thinks that the excellent deal I found might be gone if I dont do something about it.
Fear not, it is all in hand.

I have also had a hug from Bandit, so shes one up on you....!!!!

I thought I might sneak in and nab them, while Tony procrastinated. I can always sell them on  It's either that or go

My reputation could be at stake here...

Final answer, I phoned a friend, I did a 50-50 and today ordered a pair of Scott Neo's from a company who agreed to match the price that the Missions were going for.
I am absolutely delighted. They will arrive Tuesday, I have the velvet cushions laid out in readiness.

Tony,
You mean, you managed to knock them down from £370 to £300, including bindings?

I hope they live up to your expectations.

And I am very frugal with my hugs - you might have to wait a bit ...

The last person I hugged, apart from my family, had just been told he wasn't going to die of cancer after all, so I thought he deserved a hug :D
