yeah very true (i dont drive)
its just the way things work out - hoping to ski valentines with my girlfriend - due to various constraints it has to be a day trip
also, my friend has accom in aviemore and has envited me out on tues/wed (17th/18th) which i wasnt planning, but ive not seen him for a while so seems like a good reason to see him and excuse to ski! (but i think its half term so probably be busy...)
only thing to consider i think its trying to convince the other half that we should try and sort out a lift via winterhighland
shes not keen on travelling with people we dont know but i think it would be fun!

Sami,
try the ski shop Ski 'N Boardroom in Partick, you'll find their number in the phone book or their website http://www.skinboardroom.co.uk/. They run day and weekend trips up north so may be worth trying.
Great shop for gear by the way :D and always v knowledgeable and helpful staff on site.

Welcome to J2ski :D We have at least a couple of regular J2skiers skiing the Scottish centres currently. You could try asking Pablo Escobar and baillie353, if they can help as they are both Glasgow based.
