The more sidecut a ski has the more 'shaped' it will appear. A slalom ski would have a low turn radius-or lots of sidecut- (low teens I would imagine) whereas something that your canadian brothers create like the 4FRNT EHP (a freeride ski) has a turn radius of 41m!

Help - what to hire - despite skiing for the last five years I still struggle and so this year Im ditching the planks of wood that I have and am going to hire - what to ask for? Im only 5ft tall so I dont want something huge and I also think i want something light - suggestions of what to ask for?
