thanks all got a pair of MERELLE walking trianers waterproof great grip and look pritty dam good lol

Depends what you want fashion or pracitcal .. tbo whatever you put on your feet you are liable to go A*se over face .... unless you wear those elasticated crampons you put over the saoles of your shoes 8)

I think you would possible need them ..... for an athlete like my self I have far too good balance :oops:

Felthorpe I have those kind of boots. Brilliant for the ice but absolutely lethal if you forget to push the spikes back in when indoors.
