Don't cut out the snacks, just eat healthy ones. Long periods between eating not only causes spikes in your blood glucose levels when you make up at meal times, but also triggers a response in the body to store fat (which can it do because you have higher glucose levels after those bigger meals).

MMMmmm I'm a great snacker whilst skiing a good Breakfast and Lunch at 13.00 normally does the
trick.
