Can anyone tell me what the snow levels are like in the villages of Kaprun & Zell. I have tried to look on some of the webcams and they only show the ski slopes. We are coming to Zell & Kaprun on the 23rd and was wondering what shoewear to wear for my 'Apres Ski' !! Or does anyone know of a webcam (webside address please) of the villages that I can keep my eye on?
Thanks

Well at a bleary eyes glance I thought that was an Austrian posting a reply. B) until I realised that was an attempt at a Yorkshire accent. Nice. Try a welsh one next Ian!! Lots if "boyo" "sheep" etc. lol
In all seriousness though, the snow is back in Austria this week. About a foot has fallen already and more on its way. It was looking dodgy when we left.

If you are in Kaprun, you have to take a gondola up and down to the base of the skiing. There is no route down to the valley from the ski area.
I would expect the villages in both Kaprun and Zell to be pretty much fully clear unless there is a very heavy dump just before you travel
