Started the pre ski fitness program tonight. Only a gentle 30 min stop start run but it nearly killed me.
Its going to be a long build up.

I don't think i am. its been a long time since i deliberately went out to exercise.
I downloaded a app that allows you to get running at a real beginners pace. Im just sooooo unfit right now.
Im having a bottle of wine to ease the pain.

Try spinning class a few times a week, easy way to get fit as someone else is setting pace and much less likely you quit when in group. Perfect for baseline before adding weights later on. Lot of people rave about "insanity" and "PX90" but needs lot of self discipline.
