Hey all
St Anton doesn't seem to figure on any of the main ski rental booking websites eg. SkiSet, etc. Last year in Mayrhofen I rented skis and boots for 100 euros for a week, but they only links I can find for St Anton are directly with the shops and they seem to want more like 200 euros
Does anyone know of a good webpage for ski booking in St Anton?
Thanks,
Steve

Hi
I have come across the same problem and have not been able to find any way around it. By coincidence, all the shops seem to charge the same prices
Perhaps one for the Austrian competition authorities to have a look at
A few of the shops give you free kit for kids up to 10 and this can soften the blow if you need it.

Last season, I found the same problem, and some locals gave the the alleged reason. This season looks different. 2 companies with identical prices, one slightly higher, 3 declining to quote.
To be specific, last season I had evidence that a number of outlets across the Arlberg were charging the same bottom line price, but I did not know what to do with that information. Now I do, and there appears to be much less information. Allegedly.

Yeah - it is a bit of a worry..... it is easily twice the price of booking in Mayrhofen last year... Any further advice appreciated....
I have found a cheaper place through AlpineResorts.com at the next village to the East called Pettneu - but it is 6km and a short train ride away, but would save approx 70 euros per person for red run/mid range skis, boots and poles.
