What percentage of the lifts in Sestriere are high speed lifts with footrest bars?

Nope! coz its 29.49. you need to be bang on.

Is the percentage based on Numerics or Planar, and if so is this %height or % distance.
See, you guys are jumping the gun, you gotta understand the question.

Having skied it in recent years, I'd hazard a guess its a lot more than that.

If your talking about Sestriere as opposed to the milky way in general then all 'chairlifts' have footrests and the vast majority are high speed. There are a few that dont have the detachable pickup but have the moving carpet instead hence these are slower.
Looking further afield there are a few drags left in the milky way system but they are dying out and none a crucial links.
