Just copy and pasted this from the Crystal web site .........

"The Daina Apartments are located just a short bus ride away from the resort centre and Arinsal gondola"

To walk would take you about ten mins to the gondola however it is uphill, however to not steep.
Nightlife is ok, plenty of good bars and eating houses.
Quo Vadis is loud and the Surf bar is great for food.

Best advice on Arinsal is hire a ski locker at the top of the gondola and leave ur Skis and boots on the mountain. DO NOT rent these from the holiday reps as they just give you use of a huge cage and do not allow you to leave boots there.
Skied: Arinsal, La Plagne, Alpe D'huez, Flaine, Les Arcs, Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Sauze, Courchevel, Val Thorens

Going back to Arinsal for 4th season in January (13 of us). Love the place! Skiing's a bit limited once you reach a certain standard but nothing a trip on the cable car to Pal or a drive/bus to [the superb] Arcalis won't sort. If you're anything more than a novice then Arcalis is well worth the trip.

Personally we favour El Cau for apres ski beer and free toasties. Always something going on there to keep you entertained. Quo Vadis is also good though, both are pretty lively. If you prefer a quiet beer then the Black Bull is good for a chilled out beverage. Generally the night life is great with something for everyone.

Check out arinsal.co.uk for loads more info on the individual bars/restaurants. They did some vouchers last year for free drinks and stuff.

When are you going? You'll love it!
