Hi ,
I am planning a snowboard trip to Hintertux in mid-november - this is the only opportunity I will get for some snow this year or next! This aslo seems to be the most reasonable place to get to as I'm not currently living in the UK. I understand it's pretty much garanteed snow that early in the season, I would really appreciate any information anybody has about the resort and also can anybody recommend accomodation there?

Looks like the snow has arrived in time for your trip. Have no recommendations for accommodation but I would just have a google.

Snow should be fine that time of year. It's pretty big for a glacier, plenty to keep you occupied - although the weather can change quickly.
I found reasonably priced accommodation on the tourist office website (list of hotels / guesthouses and I emailed direct).

It's looking good thanks, we're planning around those dates too. Found a hotel that seems quite central, the Welness-Aktiv. Some offers quite pricey but seems to have got a fair deal on an annex room. I'd love to hear if anybody's got any bars/restaurants to recommend.
