my mum is looking to get a new pair of boots and i was wondering where is the best place to go to get your boots fitted correctly.
We don't want to pay over the odds to get them but they need to fit properly unlike the current pair she has got.
They were fitted in snow and rock and are a bit like wearing welly's. They have been adjusted so many time i don't think that it will ever fit.
we live in Bristol but are willing to travel a fair distance to go somewhere where we can guarantee that the boots are fitted properly.

I was going to suggest snow and rock as they did a great job on mine. The guy was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the boot and how the boot should feel and fit.
I guess it just depends on they sales person you get. Maybe try a different branch. Matt in South Kensington was brilliant!!

if you live near a indoor slope i whould recomment snow and rock, so you can allways ski in it and adjust after a ski

I wouldn't get fitted at Snow and Rock without a reputable recommendation for a specific boot fitter. Without that it seems like far too much of a lottery. If you can't make it to CEM I would PM him for a recommendation in your area ;)

That is spot on, Pablo. There used to be a guy in Blairgowrie, but he has now moved on
In Niederau, I would buy boots from Blachfelders shop, but not if it is the guy. On the other hand his wife is super.
And a very good boot fitter, too.
