I'm off to Cervinia on Thursday for 5 days and was wondering if anyone has been there and has any good tips for me?
Thanks.

When in doubt?....Flat out.

It's a great resort, I enjoyed my stay there. Good cruising and lots of sunshine (Xmas). Treat yourselves to a trip into Switzerland one day, you can buy a Zermatt extension, and just point your skis and slide out of the EU and into Switzerland :D

My favourite mountain hut is the Refugio Des Guides on Plateau Rosa

Pack Thermals, it's a showing as a bit nippy on the forecasts

Enjoy 8)

It's on my list so I'd be very interested to hear how it goes.
Enjoy

I was there last March - had a great time. Loads of runs to check out, mainly reds and blues. Also well worth taking the area pass covering Zermatt, or at least go over for one of the days. Only thing to be wary of is missing the last lift back up to get you over to Cervinia again - if you miss it, you're looking at a 4 or 5 hour taxi round the mountain - not cheap!!

Only downside we found with Cervinia was a quiet apres atmosphere, but if thats not too important, I think you will have a brilliant time.
