Came across some very good news this weekend; Swiss now flying to Geneva from Heathrow several times a day. Good service, competitive prices and free ski carriage. I generally use them to Zurich but may now change my plans!

From the reading I have done, it's been suggested that the Swiss LHR planes are being taken out of the City route, so no extra capacity.

We're flying out of London City to Geneva with Swiss on 2nd January. £100 each return, and no ski carriage charge :D

Swiss fly six times a day from Heathrow to Geneva; six times a day from Heathrow to Zurich; four times a day from London City to Geneva and seven times a day from London City to Zurich. I think that's pretty good capacity for us skiers, Bandit!

London City is a complete non-starter, unfortunately, for any of us fortunate to be in the west. But Heathrow is altogether much easier.... :)
