I can tell you that the son of the designer of les arcs left esf to join Arc Adventure in 1800 if that's any help.
He's very good :P

Had a week with comp group while staying with clubmed was superb,
went to places you would never do without a guide.Involved a bit of hiking, avalanch transponders were supplied. Would recomend you get Carte Neige with your lift pas.
