There is a lot of easily accessed off piste skiing in and around Les Arcs, it's a superb area. The ESF will take you between the pistes to teach you the techniques. Subject to conditions and skill levels of a group, they employ professional Mountain Guides to take you outside the ski area. I have skied with an ESF Mountain Guide in Les Arcs, he was very strict. The instructor skis at the tail of the group.

I would add to that list New Generation, (British owned and run) who are based in Vallandry, and have online booking facilities.

Charlie 26, I suggest sending an email to their office. They will know the shortest routes across the domain, and the lift opening times, vital info for a morning class. I would guess they have been asked before!

I would suggest checking out these companies.
They run specific off piste courses and personal performance courses with Basi Trainers.
You will be skiing with a small group of like minded people with some of the best personal instruction avaliable.
Cant recommend them highly enough.
