Never been to St Anton but would definitely recommend Zell am See for a lively night out. Oh and the skiing isn't too bad either! If you are really good then you may find the area not too challenging. You also have the option to visit Kaprun on the liftpass or you could visit Saalbach but you have to pay extra for that.

Now I'm confused. I've never been to Market Harborough - don't know if that's derogatory re Zell.

Nightlife good in both Zell and St Anton

I have been to Zell am See, and I would say the only worry is whether there is enough snow, because it's rather low. I think St Anton is more snow sure.

Hire 6 limo's full of escorts and champagne, stop at Claridges on the way for a 9 course tasting menu with wine, build a statue of yourself for the 4th plynth in Trafalger Square and go to Zell......

Or save a fiver and head for St. Anton.

Personally I'd save the fiver 8)
