Has any-one seen this program it was Ian Wright, a woman and a guide climbing/skiing the glaciers of Greenland. Then climbing the highest peak in Greenland. I thought it was brilliant. Is this what they call ski-touring or skinning? Have never been to sure on the terminology of both. Also quite dangerous as warmer weather was opening up the glaciers making huge holes in the ground.

It wasnt as good as the Big League on sky sports 1, especially the feature on Sir Darren Ferguson.

Skins are the grippy stick on bases you put on your skis and then peel them off to ski down again. I always wondered how people walked up hill on skis until I saw these.
