Hi all,

Just a quick question to do with lift passes . . .

I'm off to La Plagne on Saturday and have pre-booked my lift pass with Crystal. Anyway, its been a while since I've been and I was just wondering if anyone knows when you get to collect them (aiming to be on the first lift of the day - we're pretty keen!) and where/ who from? Also, do we need photos (or is that just a thing of the past now) and proof that we've pre-booked them?

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere - I did look for other posts regarding this sort of thing and couldn't find much. I've also looked on the Crstal site but couldn't find anything there either . . . other than:

How do I get a lift pass?
Save time by booking your lift pass before you go for hassle-free access to the lifts and slopes. Either go for a local lift pass or if you want to explore further try an area lift pass.

"To book your lift pass online access your My Crystal account and follow the on-screen instructions. This will provide prices and all available options in your chosen resort.

Alternatively call us on 0871 231 3297 before 30 days prior to your departure and we'll add on the lift passes for you."

I wanted more specific info than that because I noticed on another post (a while back) that some people had had problems getting their passes in time for any skiing on the first day!

Anyway cheers and I hope everyone has/ had a nice ski season

If you have prebooked, the passes will more than likely be delivered to your accommodation by the rep the day you arrive of first thing the first morning. They may even have them on the transfer coach for you, but thats less likely.

Have always pre-booked with no problem. Always ready first thing in the morning. As to photo's the Crystal site has always given good info if there is a requirement.
