Hi, this may appear to be a stupid question but I just wanted to double check with someone before making a fool of myself. I recently found an old pair of my boots when I went back to see my parents. I bought them about 12-13 yrs agao but last used them about 8 years ago on my old skis.
They are a good boot and very, very comftorble. The thing is im off this weekend and have hired skis in the resort. Will my old boots fit the new carving skis or not? Have they changed that much? I hired boots last year but as i found my old ones I thought I would take them insteasd as they are still very comftorbale. (been wearing them around the house). They are rossignol, not sure the model but were very expensive at the time.
Any advice aprreciated.

Archie - Dont worry, ski technology has changed, as has binding technology, but the actual means of 'clicking in' has remained the same. You will have no problems. Enjoy your holiday!! :D

Na I think they are ok. They were still in their boot bag in my old wardrobe. Well im taking them now so I guess i'll just find out in the resort. Im sure the guy in the hire shop will say something when I collect my ski's. Worst comes to worst it's just an excuse to buy a new pair.
