Can anyone who has been to Saalbach recently enlighten me.
The lift to Bernkoel from Barnalm used to be a T bar lift, (my wife  had an unfortunate experience on this last year, Don't ask!!) I believe that this has been replaced by a chair lift.
Is there anyone who can confirm this.
We are going back there on 7th Feb and it will make her rest easier if she knows that the T Bar has gone.

Is she superstitious by any chance?
I hate to say this, but I found it mildly amusing that your wife fell off the same lift on a different visit, although I hope the injury is nothing bad. Do you think there are evil forces at work here?

Hi,
According to this link it is a chair lift. At least Bernkogel 1.

The next one up says Schlepplift 3+4 ...
Hope that helps,
Will be able to confirm early Feb as I'm going there on Saturday.

I'm in Zell am See 1-4 Feb and hope to get one day in Saalbach as I need to check out accommodation for a group of us next year, the run down from Bernkogel is one of my favourites so I'll try and check it out and let you know.

:evil:Thanks those who gave information or promisd to do so.
Lift 13 is still a T bar, and my wife fell off it again and injured her toe.
