Flumserberg is the nearest of anything thats vaguely serious.

but assuming the snow conditions are fair then some of the local mom and pop hills are really not so bad .. especially with a complete beginner.

THe ski shcool is excellent as most who go there are learners.
THe advantage of this is that if the weather is rubbish you can go back to Zurich and do something else.
www.braunwald.ch is ok for beginners but its a right pain to get to.
This would probably be the best choice only if you intend to stay on mountain with the whole eat fondue ride around on a sled, look at odd mountain people.. thing
