hello,
My Lange Fluid 80FR have finally arrived. They fit quite well. I'll get to try them in a couple weeks (we are in winter down here in Argentina).
Here's the thing: my former boots had a sole length of 325 mm and these 318mmm. My bindings have no plate so, do i have to relocate the bindings? They lock up but if i press them they move a bit.
Bindings are marker m11.
Thanks in advance,
Agusl

Lucky you, going skiing soon, and in new boots :D If you are asking about the binding setting for a new boot, then you need to take your boots into a ski shop and get the bindings checked. Boot sole length does seem to vary between models in the same size. It's really important to get the space between the front and rear binding piece just right, as otherwise the binding won't release properly. Your binding may also now need adjusting for boot height usually at the toe. Again a dealer can do this for you. I hope you will be able to avoid having your binding moved on the skis (ie: re-mounted)If you watch all this being done, you will know for next time (but should still take your kit to a dealer) It's not too difficult, but it needs to be done exactly right.

Enjoy your skiing :D

Get it done professionally, please.

The risks of having malfunctioning bindings are obvious and to be avoided.

Enjoy!
