I'm hoping to arrange a ski trip with some friends.
We are all in different countries (Dublin, Cardiff and Brussels). What airport has the easiest access to skiing. TX BJ

Tough call... both Geneva and Zurich have easy access into the (brilliant) Swiss railway system - which might be a big plus for you (Verbier or Zermatt are easy by train). Innsbruck is, of course, a city in its own right with good transport...

Top choices would have to be Geneva, Zurich and Innsbruck I guess - each of which has a couple of hundred ski resorts within a couple of hours drive. How many did you want to ski at? :D
If the current snow conditions continue you'll have plenty of choice.
To give you an idea of the distances and options, take a look at our lists of Ski resorts near Geneva, Zurich, Innsbruck... and about 30 other ski airports in Europe. There are maps for each. 8)
Hope that's useful - you should be able to find several of those airports that you and all your mates can fly to.

Thanks Admin.
I have looked at this and flights are ok but as we would be arriving at different times regular bus transfers to and from the slopes would be a must.
Would you have any information on which of these airports has the best tranport options.
Cheers + TX

Hi there
Why don't you look into a resort called Isola 2000
You can fly into Nice and it's only a 90 minute drive
We went there for the first time last season and are going back for a week in March - The snow conditions are really good aswell

If you are looking for somewhere to go, and don't care about what it looks like, isola could be a good bet, but if you want something purpose built in the 70's with old lifts from other ski resorts, then go to isola
