Can anyone tell me if this resort is suitable for beginner/early intermediate.
Thanks

See our <a href="http://www.j2ski.com/ski_resorts/France/Les_Deux_Alpes.html"> intro to Les Deux Alpes</a>, but it's a very large ski area with pretty good connections and access.
Les Deux Alpes has a bunch of Green and Blue runs; many of which are high on the glacier so get good snow. I've not skiied there for years but had the impression it was pretty good for "improvers"....

I skied my first ski hol in L2A couple of years ago and I thought it was fine for a beginner. If you do the ski school by the end of the week you will be up on the glacier anyway. When you go up the mountain and stop where the ski schools meet there is one blue run thats a bit of a challenge but again by the end of the week you could tackle that. I did find that area was busy but we picked the half term week. Last year we skied in Dolomites and the area is so vast there is definetly something for everyone and the best for a beginner. We are going back again this year as there was so much to ski and the scenery is outstanding, really outstanding. good luck
