I've just received the snow report e-mail for my selected resorts & Admin Man you say that's the last mailing until October :(
I was just wondering what you do between now & then? Ski chat has certainly diminished over the past few weeks, although the symptoms of forecastitis don't entirely go away just because the snow is melting.
I've managed to put all my ski gear away in the loft now, but still have to look at my 2007 ski photos on a regular basis.
Have a nice summer - I'm off to surf the net now for a new tent :D
Where are you going Admin Man?

Hi Salski,
We're not going far! Spending a few days chilling in the Aravis now - warm and sunny so will probably do more walking than skiing.
Then we start working on enhancements for next season - no major changes planned but a lot of tweaking; new features in the snow mails, holiday / hotel search, more maps, improved ad targetting and integration of more content from our partners, stuff like that.
It's been a good season for us and we'll publish some detailed stats on the site shortly - but we've more than tripled our traffic since last season and are now solidly in the Top 4 UK Snow Sports sites (in terms of traffic / visits). So a big thank you to everyone who drops by! 8)
We'll be starting up the snow mails for the Southern Hemisphere (although our coverage is not complete) in a few weeks time, and for the European summer skiing resorts.
So have a great summer in the meantime and do drop in here from time to time - we'll be hard at work, and there's always new stuff to learn even in the height of summer!
Cheers everyone!

Trencher has great suggestion.
If you visit "other" sites, it is clear that the visual ( picts and video) and becoming more and more popular.
The more serious skier wants to "see" a good turn. Wants to see that powder "stash"!
I am preparing the 2008 ski tuning course and will try to provide more picts since the most comments I received were related to; how deep is this "groove", how much wax to put on, how to hold file, now much pressure should be placed.
I often fall short using words to help fellow skiers. A picture is really worth a thousand words!
Plus I want to see Trencher do his fantastic moves!!!!
